- You are allowed to claim that you are the designer
- You are allowed resell the layout as many times as you like
- Full exclusive rights to the template

what are the advantages of having a table less layout?

A table-less layout loads faster because it uses div's rather than several tables meshed together.

A table-less layout is also fully powered with CSS.
