T-shirt business and arcade games...

Ok, so I am starting a t-shirt business.. The t-shirts each have a unique design to them. How can I protect the image on the t-shirt? Also, im getting some arcade games, anyway possible to protect so I know others wont steal those aswell?

You can get a copyright on the t-shirt design...that will give you some protection.
