why this is always in EST ?
((System Maintenance: NamePros will be offline for 20 minutes at the top of the hour (4AM EST)))

But the whole rest of page is in GMT ?
(All times are GMT. The time now is 07:59 AM.)

EST was set up by the system, GMT is your own setting in user panel.

The system Maintenance notice was hand written by me. I didn't code it to use your selected timezone. Maybe I should have.

UTC replaced Greenwich Mean Time on January 1, 1972 as the basis for the main reference time scale or civil time in various regions.
