I put this up for appraisal before no responses. Input appreciated.

Japanese swords are a big collectors field internationally. Number one is old samurai swords. The dodgy stuff is second world war swords. You should get a lot of traffic on this name and also maybe clicks if the links are good. Worth $xxx

I agree with yoshiwara- that is a great domain and I personally like Swords.jp better than swords.com

Just as a by-your-leave, I recall there was a fairly good sword affiliate program around, I think it was toledoswords.com or some such.... An excellent domain name, I'd prefer the .com to .jp, but in this case, the .jp is quite relevant.

I think re the extension that swords.jp immediately implies that this site is about Japanese swords, whereas swords.com suggests a general site about swords. For the .com to compete it would need to be japaneseswords.com (open to a misread) or swordsjapan.com or jp-swords.com (ps the last 2 are available)

I agree with yoshiwara - great name with very fitting extention, I don't consider myself experienced enough to appraise it but if I owned it I would'nt let it go in a hurry for $xxx
