This is a domain appraisal section where people take their time and give their opinion for free. It is not a positive affirmation section.

I actually think it is far more helpful to be brutally honest than to pull some high number out with no justification, just to make someone feel good. That is not productive at all.

This is a reg fee domain to me. Swim Practice would be superior, and even that isn't that amazing.
