I don't see any TM issues but the domain itself doesn't seem to have any potential, if not, just a bit. It's not a term I ever hear. Reg fee/early to mid $xx

Mhm... I actually hear the phrase MegaLiving quite often in connection with real estate, luxury living, mega yachts, home design, etc. It seems to be a perfect domain for something such as the lifestyle of the rich and famous.

I've had it appraised by the folks at Moniker and they appraised it slightly above $4,000. However, I realize that these appraisals are not always accurate and wanted to see what others in the market thought.

I am going to soon try to sell it on Namepros will post it on the "offers wanted" section. However, for now, any other thoughts on the appraisal?

Just because I don't hear the term doesn't mean it's never used. I still don't see a lot of potential but there's gotta be someone out there with the mind of a megalomaniac who might find a good use for this. lol

Dominic, just like you comment, I've received very good responses regarding megaliving.com from other message boards. It's a very simple and neat domain, easy to brand. I've actually been told it's perfect for HGTV (http://www.hgtv.com/) .
