i need to find a way to convert swf files to animated gif's im using swishmax and it dosnt have a gif function. i need a free program

the only way I know would be to save as .avi in swishmax then convert .avi to gif via any number of animations programs. I use jasc animation shop, I'm sure there's a trial. http://www.jasc.com/products/trialreg.asp?pid=003
