it's old story whether sales real or not.

but many are developed which hard to fake.

I'm not taking any sides. I have only 10 old 1word xyz and sold fidoxyz for 30k.

swetha has 20k such quality names. which nobody else has cause there is Just noting left. its math.

so ifanyone can have such xyz sals on earth.. it's the person with 20k such names.

Google's adoption of the extension has had a significant impact in establishing its legitimacy imo. If you go to abc.xyz, you will see Larry Page's signature on the top fold, along with a personal message written by him.

In some industries, Google sets the bar for business decisions. Eg: if it's how Google does things, then it is considered industry standard. Decision makers don't have to worry about blowback, because they were simply following the standards set by Google.

Exactly, and it's smart to doubt any gross outlier because there is always a second level to the story, otherwise they wouldn't be an outlier.

It is very difficult to sell good keyword , triple premium lll.in for even $1000 , so there may be some other reason why she is able to sell non-premium xyz for a very high price of $100000

I wonder if Swetha ever forgot to renew one of her .xyz domains.

I'm guessing she can afford not to forget any

but 20k names renewals do add up

but from look of it so do her sales

well u know.. good for her.. we all want same

and it's ok to be skeptic too

as long as u get what it means to have some 20k best names and how that increses odds

I have like 10 very good old xyz names and sold fido 30k

time tis by 20k... and use psrobabiliy math I guess

Unrelated question, but still on topic - Iโ€™ve always wondered why .com millionaires donโ€™t scoop up expired .ai domains (some of them, do). They have the money, and they could probably make a solid profit from them, yet they choose not to. Why is that?

Also, I wonder if Swetha ever bought or buys .ai domains.

Does Igor buy .com domains?

Financial resources are generally finite (although within the AI space, I have seen project proposals where financial resources are listed as "unlimited" by major corporations. Essentially, access to capital is not the limiting factor).

With regards to an individual's asset allocation, domains should only make up a small percentage of a well-diversified investment portfolio. This is especially true when an investment strategy emphasizes capital preservation. But even if an investor is seeking aggressive growth, there comes a point where inflated wholesale pricing doesn't make sense given alternative investments that are available.

It's called wash sale. It's to pump the value on book. You can even transfer monies if you are going to keep transactions on Book. I give you 100k and you give 100k back. But mostly PR wash sale.

This is the xyz usage. You have to be at iq <= 50 to buy any xyz other than 1 to 3 char for 6 figs

| Site | Global Rank (approximate) | Notes |
| ------------- | --------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------- |
| abc.xyz | ~8 ,034 ([w3stats.com][1]) | One of the highestโ€ranked .xyz sites. |
| mirror.xyz | ~10 ,316 ([w3stats.com][1]) | Strong traffic among .xyz websites. |
| gen.xyz | ~10 ,940 ([w3stats.com][1]) | Also featured in top .xyz listings. |
| nexaflows.xyz | ~22 ,239 ([DomainTyper][2]) | A lower but notable ranking within .xyz. |
| wowonder.xyz | ~25 ,810 ([DomainTyper][2]) | Further down the list but still among top .xyz. |

Of these gen.xyz and abc.xyz have real xyz connection and are word hacks, so value regardless of tld strength.
So the tld really has only 3 sites operating in top 25000.
