Answer: This is because the parking domain (surenicpark.com) had not been set up on the server. It now has. Make sure you change the dns of your parked domains to ns1.surenic.com & ns2.surenic.com

Answer: Unfortunately a "Google Adsense for Domains Account" would be required. However, any of the other supported feeds could be used.
