I have the blog all set up just don't have time for it and are looking to sell it. Buyer gets the domain name, wp theme

There is very little traffic and almost no revenue(I just set up the ad spots in the theme). Value is in the domain name and wordpress theme. Site also comes with twitter account twitter.com/supercarpoint
