...and also mention whether those registrars are resellers... for example, do we have to transfer each domain, or set up an account at that registrar, or can these names be pushed to a common account at say Godaddy or Enom, etc.

Thanks, Registrar is BellNames (http://www.bellnames.com). I have been a customer for more than a year and they are pretty good. They support domain push among users and you can create a free account with them. Ofcourse you can always move domain to another registrar if you wish.
