I'd say when looking to invest in a domain that you like the sound of, before buying it based on if it sounds cool, try to find at least 5-10 possible end users for it that would be willing to buy the domain from you at a higher price than you bought it for
By end users, this means companies that are on the start up looking to build a business and preferably don't have a website yet, but will be looking to expand their business to a website in the short term, a website/domain that you can sell to them based on the product that they'll looking to make a business out off
SummerMoods doesn't really have a selling product attached to it dude so there won't really be anybody companies looking to invest in a website around it,
I agree with AuctionBio, it's a good name for somebody looking to make a summer style blog, or somebody looking to make a fun tumblr style/ travelling website based on sun and summer, but people looking to do this will be tricky to find - especially now that summers only just ended
If you can come up with a handful of people that are looking to build summer style websites or blogs and would be willing to pay you money for the domain, go ahead and invest

otherwise you'd have a hard time selling it so it may be better to go for something else
Hope that helps dude
