I think you could get $50-$200 for it depending on how enthusiastic the enduser is about asking for your price. If it's just a "How much?" I'd say $50-$100, if they give you a couple of sentences, ask for $150-$200

I'd pitch to orlik-summer-resort.com first.

Then you've only got about 10 other domains out there registered of similar/lesser quality. I'm leaning more toward the lower end of the spectrum as far as pricing, but this one is hit or miss.
