C'mon KC, i know you can do better than that. I've seen some of your other work before, this one doesn't do your skills any justice at all. How long did it take you? Less than 10 minutes? (incl. FTP upload)
Nothing on your site gives me the "Feng Shui" feel. It's about harmony, vibes, correct positioning and going with the flow to create said harmony. Literally uniting Wind and Water, you already have 2 visuals that you should have made use of, and then expanded from there. Unless you're visually representing what your site stands for, i'm not going to "buy" into it. Give me, the user, some of that Feng Shui experience, let the user see that you understand the subject matter and present your banner, logo, backdrop in the appropriate fashion and then apply some subtlety to your ads.

It looks really plain. Try adding a horizontal navigation bar also instead of just adding one to the right side. Add more color to it and make it more appealing.
