I want to develop and sell this domain, I was curious as to what you guys think would be the best way to take this site, i.e. Blog, forum, adsense, etc.

I really want to grow this page traffic wise as fast as possible and then get rid of it so if anyone has any ideas please let me know!

Just find a way to get people to talk about their problems. A forum might be good.
