Need a really great WYSIWYG editor for a site. Can anyone help?

Trying to find something that offers easy editing, but with features like text wrapping and such.

Thanks for you help.

A content WYSIWYG...

but needs the ability to place text/images anywhere on the page, preferably using css/divs/layers

The only WYSIWYG editor I've used was TinyMCE, and it worked excellent. Was slower to load than the one T-Soul posted but had a ton of features.

Nvu (pronounced N view) is one of the best, open source, WYSIWYG porgrams out there. It has everything you need, inlcuding a built-in ftp client to work on your site(s). nvu.org.

I use N|VU all of the time, but its like dreamweaver, you won't be able to drag and drop, I know NetObjects Fusion 8 is a program where you can drag and drop, but I hated using it because the code always got messy.
