Suggest ideas to scare my roommate...

I want to scare my roommate
I want that the moment she opens the room to enter the house...
something jump around her making noise so that it scares the hell out of her
Anybody has some idea?
Are there such things available in the market? []

Take her for a ride in your car. Preferably on the highway somewhere. Wait til she falls asleep and then slowly pull into a rest area.
Then:
Slow the car down to about 20 mp/h
Find a semi truck that's parked
Head straight for the truck
About 200 - 100 feet before you "hit" the truck:
Start to scream, curse and flash your lights -
she should be waking up through the commotion.
Finally slam on the brakes.

It's the kind of wake up call that really has you awake - just make sure that she doesn't have a heart condition that you're unaware of.

go with BFT's suggestion and "freak her out" with a romantic gesture
