Sudoku webgame coder, webdesigner

Hi!

Im looking for someone that can code a webpage with sudoku contests and highscores.

The page should contain:

Flash sudoku (or other good solutions)
Different levels (easy, medium, hard, and other)
Timebased sudoku and the option to save a game
A database with user, pass, highscore, country, pic etc

The page will contain different langues and highscore of each country (top 5 from each country)
