Sudden Surge in Mesothelioma sites

Ive noticed a lot of people have setup sites regarding mesothelioma. Im guessing its because its such a high paying key word on search engines such as google.

Are these sites successful? Since most people are advertising it in their sigs are they getting good revenue? I suppose 1 click a day is worth it.

Secondly, isnt google and the others getting a bit suspicious and maybe they will start closing accounts that setup a small site regarding mesothelioma on their site which is totally unrelated just so they can generate some revenue?

Also, if i do start a mesothelioma who would be the best ads provider in terms of highest paying? Google? Clicksor? ....

Google usually pays very, very low amounts for clickthroughs on those big terms. My guess it is only well established sites with US traffic that might make decent amounts for clicks. I don't think these sites have been very successful for most people.

The main thing that kept me from messing with sites on mesothelioma is the fact that Google probably wouldn't like it, and since I like Google.. I wouldn't want to damage our relationship.

But is google likely to do anything about it since most sites are blatently for revenue and no personal knowledge/interest whatsoever!
