Most, if not all, of the information in email headers sent by spammers is spoofed or simply fake. I would disregard it.

In fact, in some cases, it can be a spammer seeking to discredit an individual or site by including false (but active) websites or email accounts in their headers.

what mail client are you using?

in outlook (if your using windows) you can create rulles. so it will check the contents of the message for works and phrases youve give and if it matches it deletes.
