I think that is actually a very good name. Quite commercial. If you think about developing it then split it into cities, States, even universities and colleges - WORLD WIDE!

I would put the two names together as a package if selling them, if developing then keep the cognitive domain version as a place where students can leave references for the rooms and landlords they have booked through the site. I think this could work out very nicely for you.
