There are tons of great names available on the co.uk extension. Too many for an undeveloped domain like this to have any value alone. Needs development.

Low $x to reg fee undeveloped. IMO.

The value could be increased only by developing it and as such IMO the domain worth reg fee to its maximum. Try reading the forum to learn the choice of selecting domains for purchase.

So you're saying that if she develops one of those domains, and the site is then pulling in $1000/mo then it's maximum value is still reg fee? Surely you jest..

Kirstin, your domains have unlimited potential with development. Without development, they are simply worth what someone is willing to pay for them.I know that's a pretty vague statement, but it's true. If you're selling them to resellers here on NP, that value is indeed probably around reg fee for each. However, to end users, who knows.

Although there are some general standards, domain appraising as a whole is pretty subjective in many cases.
