domain A few domain names...

Hi. I'm a poor college student, and when I was younger I use to grab domain names for fun. A few of them are about to expire now, and since I am poor I don't really want to have to pay to renew them unless I would be foolish not to. Do you think I should sell any of these, and if so, how much should I ask for? I've never sold a domain name before, and I'm not sure how it all works. But I'm really curious if any of these are worth anything... because I really don't want to spend any money (which I have a negative amount of thanks to student loans) unless I have to.

EVOLUTUS.COM (definitely want to keep - I'm going to develop this with friends)
FORGOTTENPLACE.COM
HIDETHECHILDREN.COM
MECHANICALNIGHTINGALE.COM

First off welcome to NP. At a quick glance I don't see anything that really sticks out to be honest. However, where the value might be is in the age of these domains. Are these domains parked? Do they receive any traffic/PR?

I don't think that they receive any PR, because I don't even know what that is (public recognition? public relations?) I used one for a blog a while ago. I don't know. I guess I'll just hang onto the ones I want to keep for myself, and give the others to friends.

yeah to be honest i dont think you can make any money right now selling these.... i think the most you'd get is 7 or 8 bucks if you found someone that was interested..... i think your best shot is to keep the ones you like and develop them and then those will be worth more in time....

I would keep FORGOTTENPLACE.COM.
That one can be developed into something (seclusive vacation spots etc).
As for the others you could park them sowhere and see what kind of traffic you get. But I wouldn't keep them unless you have a purpose.
