domain Strong domains for branding

Hello,

I have been working in the company naming and branding industry for about 4 years and have gathered a number of 'highly memorable' domain names.

What are your thoughts on the value of these names?

Not worth anything unless they are developed into a 'brand'.

Its gibbberish until developed . Yahoo was gibberish (or a Drink) until it was developed. If you cant develop then they are worth Reg fee . But try to do something with them.

Is it safe to assume that domain buyers and sellers are mainly looking for keyword rich domains?

I've added some descriptions that came to mind when researching and analyzing these names.

nakedestate.com - real estate website, 'the naked chef' has done a great job with this type of name.

plazmingo.com - Dating website - I see 'red hot' plazma + mingo (mingle) = Plazmingo

resultris.com - This name shows 'results' and is very very solid. I've received offers on this one. Tech company? Search engine company?

toperty.com - Real estate - Top + Property - 'high value property'

topstay.com - Travel - top places to stay

surfoz.com - Possible Surfing / surfboard brand. Domain gets a small amount of traffic. Surfing wizards.

snarker.com - Created for a one man exterminator company. Haha. I liked this one...he didn't.

skizen.com - great for a skiing social network / community

prizario.com - Tech name (may be too close to the 'Compaq Presario') Any lawyers want to advise on this one?

apaya.com - A tropical juice. - from 'papaya'

never know the fate of these type of names, however i like a few.
