Strange email

I just got a very strange email that was sent to one of my site's emails:

We Email Advertise Your Web Site to 9,000,000 People

What does it mean?
Do they want me to pay 15$ so they'll advertise my site or something?
I never heard of these ppl, and never ordered any advertising. :td:

It looks like a scam. I would delete the email and not visit the link. The link could have viruses or something.

That's what I did.
I got way too many scam emails recently.
Is it like weird scam emails month or something? :p
