Story is very simple. ( sorry for my english by the way )

1. I have a russian forum, with 12.500 visitors per day.
2. I opend accaunt on Sedo parking program.
3. I have change my NS to Sedo NS.
4. All my regular traffic will going to SEDO
5. I got about $100 in first day.
6. Then i return my old NS back, and my forum continue working as usual.
7. Sedo take away my $100.
8. I sent about 10 - 15 emails, no any respods.
9. I was wainting 10 days, before some from Sedo contacts me.
10. Monica Ibrahim from Sedo sent to me simple anwer :
The reason your revenue has been deleted is because you were monetizing on a
domain that you do not even own. The whois information for the domain
pizdec.net does not match your personal Sedo login information.

11. I asked her, if i am a not a owner of domain name, how did i change DNS ?
12. No answer. Then Keith White anwer me:
Your parking revenue was
withheld, as it was determined by a Sedo associate that your traffic had
been coming from sources that might be in contravention with our terms of
use. This is not a question regarding the ownership of the domain.

13. Funny hah ?
14. Sedo just stolen my money in cold blod. And i have nothing to do with it.

I only used SEDO for parking - but had problems with them - they just didn't reply to any of my emails - and I thought - what a disgusting way to treat customers.

Usually I sell my domains through this board as I get more :)

Sedo I've come to learn is just horrible. Their customer service never replies to emails and their parking is a joke. I'm half way through moving all of my domains out of there over to 1plus.net but leaving them listed there (sedo) for sale.

Namedrive is good.
As for the withheld money, isn't it against their TOS to send them traffic other than natural type-in and/or "expired"?

All my traffic was type-in.

Last time I checked it was NOT against terms to develop a name, get traffic, and point back to parking. BUT --- what may have pissed them off is the switch. I was really considering doing this recently just for fun on one of my websites to see the outcome, but did not feel the PPC would outweigh my earnings from the website currently.

Anyways, I'm amazed Sedo answered your email. I e-mailed them 4 months ago and am still waiting for a reply.

In my book a company that values its customers will place a high priority on customer service. Emails are a cost effective way to communicate. I hope your honest efforts to grow your parking revenue are rewarded. Who knows, sometimes when we think something is bad, we find out later it was a good turn.

I don't understand you have a forum, yet you are parking it at Sedo? Does Sedo now offer a forum format for ppc?

The forum is replaced with the parking page provided when the dns/forwarding settings are changed to Sedo.

Sedo is a large company. If you have an experience that goes against your grain, like this one, I would try to hold off a bit ... and speak to your sedo representative on the phone. Ask them why this was not allowed. And maybe next time, ask them first. Your idea is a bit original. My guess is that russian forum traffic does not monetize very well for their advertisers. With patience and help from the Sedo team, you can do very well on Sedo's program.
