I been to stockton over the years. stockton was hit hard by the housing problem, many call it ground zero for subprime bust. You dont want to get lost in stockton, i did a couple of times lol. on the plus side is the University of the Pacific (UOP) been there forever which helps keep a local intrest in the arts. Goodluck
