The way the TESS server works, each search url expires, so I can't see exactly what you were looking at. But it looks like you were searching trademarks for "Stevia". It's true that there are several trademarks containing this word, such as "Simply Stevia" or "SteviaPure". However, Stevia is the genus name of a plant, assigned by botanists in the 1800s, and by itself is not trademarked.

Ah, but that's a trademark for the logo pictured on that page, not the word stevia itself. It's what's called a "design + words" trademark. The link you posted specifically says:
