I have 2 .study domains very new to domain marketing and just looking for appraisal from the forum to see if there is any value for .study domains.

stemcell.study
&
alzheimers.study

the keyword - stemcell has a monthly google search rate of 834,000 and alzheimers has 330,000 a month. Do anyone think there is any value in these domains?
