Well, unfortunately i have to say that this is an illegal store selling a SteadyNiche version without copyright (copyright removal option at 99$). They just inserted a new copyright notice at the end of the script modifying footer.php:

SteadyNiche started being sold in May. And the domain was registered in June. I would like to know where did you found this website, -JC-, because i need to contact the owner. Even the pages that explain the product are a plain copy of SteadyNiche's website.

Well, thing is bigger than i tough. This thief posted "his script" at SitePoint. I've contacted the admins and i really hope someone do something about this.

I found the site listed on Sitepoint for sale. Was going to post the listing to it once I got an answer from you and from him. He said that he developed the script and it was unique to him ... but he still hasn't answered me why his site was similar to yours.

I do believe that yours is the original version ... because I remember seeing your site some time ago. But, this guy was surely selling the exact same site with the exact same sales copy. So, I just wanted to let you and everyone be aware of it.

I am glad his thread was closed and site was shut down. Lets hope it stays that way.
