What does MANAGEMENT include?
Our management consists of 24/7/365 "around the clock" support and proactive monitoring. We monitor various services and the state of your server daily, and have servers rebooted upon a two-minute power failure, or downtime. We promise our clients an initial hardening session upon request with one of our security technicians to ensure your servers safety. After this, we will install kernel updates with your permission, and respond to any technical problems via our support system Included with this, is your daily software upgrades and server advice.
