It's nice that you implemented the forum into you site. However, with all the google ads, a lot of users would be swayed from leaving your site. All the tags below aren't helping either. I understand your ads are placed for clicks, in doing so, you get a few knocks for design. I liked your "Our Vision" page though. I think you should make that your index and then place ads below with the "Ads safe" and "virus guard" pics. It would make your site look cleaner and being less obtrusive.

Site makes sense. I like that fact that you make your intentions clear at the top of the page. It gives a sense of integrity. But the text at the bottom of the page looking to pick up some spiders is not so integral. Take it out or write something relevant. Also, your image of 20 students using computers is not relevant to your vision. And it is too big/overwhelming. Maybe get three separate, relevant, framed images instead.

Hi there!

What's up with all the keywords at the bottom of the page? Search Engines may blacklist you for that. Just writing good content and keeping it fresh should help you get higher in searches.

I like the gradient background.

I think the boxes under the photo should all be the same height and you should make your code valid: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://www.stawp.com/

It may be a good idea to make those boxes saying e.g. "Avoid Scams" linked.

The design is okay but it could be better.
