Think the colors are a little dull and not appealing. If it's for youths, maybe it will be a good idea to include some pictures related to that topic.

Overall it doesn't make me want to stay long at the site.

Your absolutely right

What would you suggest...? I'm tired of the problems that we have on the web and I want to offer ensight on the problems we face, and also make a standardized site for scams, consumers, etc. I know there are sites that do this, but I want to find steps to make this process easier to research and more direct and to the point.

I'm not able to spend hundreds of hours developing the site, so right now i'm just in the R&D stage. :blink:

artwork / design:
"disjointed" is the word that comes to mind. too much going on. Don't know where to look because EVERYTHING draws the eye.

colours:
too aggressive, bright, overbearing, red and yellow compete with each other.

conclusion:
try to pick colours that complement, not compete.
tone it down!
have you looked at the some of the designs on www.oswd.org?

means:
Student is develop resolutions issues that effect the Web.
or
develop resolutions issues that effect the Web that Student owns.
