Can anyone suggest a reasonably-priced stats program that can track visitor data across multiple domains?

Yes, except i'd like one hosted on my server. Hitslink charges you for every visitor, and could get really expensive for popular websites.

i built my own in php, it stores data locally on database on each of the domains, then i have a central domain which automatically collects and collates the data from each individual site. Its not particullarly user friendly tho.

Webalyzer.. you dont have cPanel? There are also some open source scripts on W3 and places like that.

whatcounter.com is using pphlogger, you can get a sample code of it once you create a free account with them, it's invisible too

There is a nice one called Smart Referrer, requiring a windows server with ASP support though
