21 domains in that were bought with purpsose of flipping. I know I wasn't going to get rich on any of these, but all of these were purchased for less than $10. Ideally, if I can sell them at 7-10x intial investment I will be happy.

any thoughts or advice is welcome

Not bad for a beginner. You should be able to flip a number of these. Where are you trying to sell them?

I am just starting to list em. Right now - Flippa, Namecheap marketplace, maybe Godaddy. I of course am open to suggestions on where to list and how much (newbie)

Your on the right track. I would also list them on Sedo and Afternic. But GoDaddy has always been my best marketplace for sales.

Thanks for feedback. Did you pay money for the extra premium advertising on GoDaddy?

Nope. I doubt it has any significant impact on sales. If I'm looking for domains on GoDaddy, and I see a bolded domain, I appreciate it and move on, because the seller is probably not going to sell at a price I want to buy. But it might work in some circumstances. Overall I decided it wasn't worth it for my own sales.

But the premium advertising (with the 30% commission) where you domain is displayed in search results of similar domains, is good, because it puts your domain name in front of a targeted, motivated audience. I don't use that because my domains are listed as Make Offer. If you use that service be sure to add 50% more to your asking price, to cover the costs for the commission.

Its really difficult to tell you this, but I like lowerourdebt.com best even if it has no searches and $0 CPC, and there are higher value Estibot domains in your list. It could be used as a tutorial or case study on how to lower your debt on a personal level, or as a call to action for government to lower their debt. Also a Personal Financial Consultant might be interested in it. Debt/Credit keywords have good CPC from affiliates. But a flipper might like bagofcandy.com better. The .INFO is probably the worst one. It's trademark infringing for starters. You should put that one on flippa.com, and get rid of it.

1) Add some City+Service domains to your collection as a start, they are easier flips with lots of end users. Before you reg something, type in the City PLUS Service on Google and see how many ads/results come up so you have a pre made list you know will support the registration.

2) Buy an existing domain off someone or in an expired domain auction for $100, they are easier flips. Once you flip one for higher, rinse and repeat and elevate your spendings per domain. $500, then $1000, etc. With bigger risks come bigger rewards.

*** Make sure you do your research first, start out small ***

Thanks for the feedback. My friend shared he thought the greensboro jobs one could be sold to a local company (staffing industry perhaps?) and was his favorite. I agree with you about the debt one. I read somewhere this weekend regarding niche sites that say in the health and wealth industry are best.

I see these domains different. 7 to 10 times your money??? I see these as better then average eBay domains. meaning you may get back your money or just a tad more but again just my view I dont see any of these going over $70 or more at all. But that does not mean to say someone else will see value in them just like with anything else.

the names with potential, probably should be renewed a few years

the long shots, if no offers in first year or two, maybe drop

the not's, well ...just my opinion

better than most newbies, because you've grabbed some short phrases that are often said.
I'd park them first, before listing for sale.

Good Luck!
