Starting Arcade and Proxy Website In One

I'm going to start a website in the next few months geared towards slackers at work and school. It will offer a web proxy and free flash games.

1. What is a good free arcade site script?
2. Where can I get games to add to my arcade site?
3. What is a good dedicated server provider for this kind of website? I need something that is good for server newbies.

1. I don't know any good free arcade scripts. If you do end up looking at paid ones. I suggest phparcadescript.

2. Most arcade webmasters either buy game packages or just go to arcade sites and get the games from there.
