sql,rdf chefmoz scraper needed

We've got a small community portal in development and need a sql/php person familiar with the rdf/xml structure of chefmoz.org db's to develop and write a script to "extract" selected elements (name, address,url, etc) from current chefmoz dump. This "extract" will then need to be added to our community db for revisions and editing by our folks.

The portal/CMS is joomla!
