Come on, these names are worth alot more than this.
Potential enduser sales are a good reason to hold these names:

EarlyClear.com - Pregnancy test company, Cameras and photographic equipment
HaveWheels.com - Car sharing, Auto sales, rentals, forums
LightOils.com - Environmentally Green 'light' oils from shell etc, oils for lamps
