Since I've started collecting domains - noticed that amount of junk e-mail that i'm getting is increasing steadily. Any recommendations to reduce the number of junk e-mails received from people harvesting the whois records?

I'm not sure if your spam came from people harvesting the whois records. As I don't get much spam due to it.

Anyway, you may pay for the whois protection service by your registrar.

Get a private registration. It's too late now, you email is being whored out to many more spammers even now. I currently have 5000 plus spams in my yahoo box, get a junk email address to reg your domains.

They e-mail with the provided WhoIs e-mail address and it gets forwarded to you.

# We provide a new email address so that every email that is sent to that address is forwarded to an email address of your choice.

# We provide an option to change the email address in a specified interval to cut down more spam.

# We will forward any regular mails either through regular mail for through email as a scanned copy.
