Spaces in text AND . . .

Greetings Today!
I am trying to eliminate horizontal spaces in text.
At www.equipmentpolice.com/Pasta.Html how can I eliminate the spacing between: "eliminate starch buildup" and "Standard Features", Plus the space between "With a Desco cooker you can" and "Cook at working Height".
Also how can I indent the text below: "With a Desco cooker you can".

I was going to say - instead of using a <br> add a very small table and play with the height until you like it.

but you are using a <h1> and the H tags tag also take more room then they need. Perhaps lose the H tag and just make the font size bigger. Then do as i said above.

The best way to control the spacing is with CSS. Not sure if you know about that yet.
