North,east and west are also regged so there must be a market for you're domain. EastUk.com is a developed website so I definately see potention in you're name. In my opinion SouthUk is the best from the four because of Londons location in the south of the UK. Good luck.

It would be called South East England or South West England (both being official regions of England), but I've never heard about South UK.

It's always possible to find a buyer that would be interested, but I don't see any value in it personally.
