Its a mid $xxx to low $xxxx undeveloped domain, many end users and HUGE market, names not quite as good have sold for ALOT lately, booming RE market online and esp. Florida....PensacolaFloridaRealestate.com sold for $6,100 last week per dnjournal.com, this could easily pull double from the right end user IMO..

best way to sell names there is just have starting bid VERY low and get someone to bid on it and then it moves to the closing/bid on page and pulls alot of attention and can go way up fast, if it doesnt you dont have to accept the offer...

Sorry to burst your bubble but as usual appraisals have been made with little thought or research. There are no searches for your name on either Google or OV subsequently it will have little value.
