It is just the domain that is for sale...There is no site otherwise I would be selling it in the sites for sale...The Traffic is completely random and comes from many different places such as Google and other sites, though Traffic shouldn't be what you are looking at this is a very high PR domain and you can do many things with it.

Also what used to be there was a huge online gaming community, there was over 500+ members and over 20,000+ posts. It was for gamers and graphics designers and some other things as it expanded. This domain has never been transfer before and is over 1 year old!.
