domain Soon extinct (dot ) com - does search engine ranking make a difference?

Hi guys,

I had reg. this name about 2-3 months ago. Then I parked it using Noomle. Now when I check, its the top link of the google search result page. Also its now got an Alexa ranking of 7,309,749. Does this improve the appraisal value significanty or not at all? In the present situation, what do you think is a good appraisal for this one.

Would appreciate your views on this!
