hmmm, what would you recommend doing with it?
If i do get a letter will they just tell me to get rid of it/hand it over to them or can I get in trouble for having it?
Can I get in trouble for selling it on after Ive sold it?

They will mosy likely just make ya transfer domain to them , and that would be that. However Im not 100% sure that it's a TM violation, just seems like it would be, maybe someone else would be able to help more with that part..

Just do away with the domain, forget about it and if a C&D letter arrives, act like a good boy and hand it over to em, i mean transfer

This domain is technically a trademark "violation", as Playstation and Sony are both registered trademarks of Sony Entertainment, Inc.. I believe if you sell it before receiving a cease and desist email that you will not be liable for anything, however the new domain owner will be responsible for any and all contact to and from Sony regarding the domain. A smart buyer would most likely have you sign a contract agreeing to assist in any legal notices that may arise with the domain, but you never know what any particular buyer will do...
