I contains a 'sony' which I'm sure is a registered trademark.

From my knowledge, any domain containing a trademark, you can be sued for, unless it can be found in the dictionary or has a personal value to you, ie. steve.com.

no I already talked to a lawyer before I even bought the domain name.

Incorrect.
$0.00 due to TM issue! You would lose this one in a UDRP rather easily, and depending on exactly what was done with it insofar as development, forwarding, commercial use, and even having it appraised to then be re-sold (exhibiting "bad faith") could put you in a very poor position with potential fines :$:, as well. Not a wise registration, IMHO.
Good Luck.

well I've had this domain for several years and havent had a problem. I've even emailed sony.com's support department from my old [email protected] and they didnt say anything about it. Plus I've talked to lawyers and researched the law in regards to Tradenames/trademarks. I've asked my father who is in Law Enforcement. So I know I am in the clear. But you guys can say what you want because that is your legal right (Freedom of speech)

Assuming the name has no ™ issue. (which it does IMO)
I don't see it being worth more than reg fee.
Good Luck!

I have common sense enough so that I did extensive research before registering the name. Now do you do that? Probably NOT.

If like you say all this is true no TM or anything. Then why have you not e-mailed Sony and ask them if they would like to purchase it ? :)
