I had a friend who paid a lawyer to draw up a very complex sales and purchase agreement for a website he paid him about $2500 to do this. So I bought the resell rights and created a good sales agreement website. Yes there is another site out there that has this same contract. He bought the other website but they dont have the extra contracts that i recently added to this website only.

www.websitesalesagreement.com the domain is with godaddy.com and ill transfer it for free. I think it expires in November 13 2014

its a new website so there wont be any amazing stats. Its an awesome investment lots of potential, I just added a Facebook page and facebook ads.

Looking to trade for a computer related website.. will use MiddleMan if you like(up to you). The files will be sent through dropbox.com for you to download. and the domain will be pushed to godaddy

Its two different websites created and two different sells.

Yeah i never put the time in changing the logo, stopped working on this website.

These two are the only ones that i know of that have the contracts. Unless the one who bought the plural version sold the rights to people.

I did hear from the owner of the plural. While not real happy that there are other sites out there selling the same contracts, he apparently didn't inquire at time of sale, so feels he bears the burden of that.

All that being said, I guess for low xx, what do we expect? On downloadable stuff though you really should disclose the exclusivity status of the product and whether the site is unique.

Have you actually sold any? Will I find the exact files for free download somewhere?

No not yet, but for the DIYforms i bought that bundle from a niche bundle with resell rights and the deluxe contract is made by a lawyer, but the basic contract is put together with different forms including the deluxe contract.
I will also trade for a computer site.

you are right but difference does it make besides you think it doesnt have potential maybe someone else has an idea for this site and wants to purchase it.
