OK, I have some big site's im developing so I need a dedicated server, but I dont need a whole one.
I'm considering getting either:
Dual Xeon 2.8GHz 1GBram 2x80GB 2000gb transfer at the planet ($200 a month)

OR

Intel Pentium 4 2.4 GHz Packages 1 GB RAM - (2) 80GB Hard Drives 1400 GB Monthly Transfer at ev1servers ($189 a month)

I'm looking for someone to pay for 1/2 of one of these, maybe someone with big sites or a hosting company, etc?

You'd get exactly 1/2 of the stuff(eg. 80 gigs of space, and 1/2 the bandwith)

Also, if you know how to manage a server, that'd be better :D

pretty sure that price does not include cpanel at the planet.

I already have that server set up. If you can know how much of it you would use, I can sublease it if you do not need root.

Can you get by with say 40-60GB and 500-700GB?

Did you get a special price from the planet? The site shows $199 for that server plus $25 a month for cpanel.

I can't contact you via aim or msn, as neither of these have unix versions.

I do have ICQ and yahoo
