Someone needs a PHP coder to break my Captcha

The person is requesting a PHP coder to extract information from my site Estibot.com and bypass my Captcha as well

Not very nice is it...kind of lame to make a public request for someone to abuse someone else's site...

Why didn't they ask me for direct access instead?
