Can I use this domain to build a business or public website?

Can I sell the domain?

Can I park the domain?

Currently, I add the domain to my host, and set one .html page. Is that OK?

what rights do I have of the domain?
Can anybody tell me how to avoid the claim from microsoft corporation?

To avoid TRADEMARK legal lawsuit, try to ask your registar for a refund. Search on the net for "Domain Squatters" and you will see why.

The deadline for a refund - if one is possible - is probably 4 or 5 days. CALL Godaddy and ask nicely. There is nothing that you can do with that name. MS can take it from you any time they want, and they could sue you if you tried to make money with it.

Not sure that you can refund .CC's.

You may have learned an expensive lesson. The bigger lesson is to spend a lot of time reading here at Namepros and on the other domain forums before you start to spend money. You still will make mistakes, but not as many.
